
Activity Description
The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This online activity is approved for 0.10 CEUs (1.00 contact hour) of continuing education credit. In order to receive 1.00 contact hour of CE credit, the participant must complete the online pre-test (ungraded), watch the included video in its entirety, pass the online post-test ( > 70% within 5 attempts), and complete the online evaluation. Upon successful completion of the course evaluation, continuing pharmacy education credits will automatically be uploaded to CPE Monitor (allow 7 days).

Mark Gruell is a CPR Instructor with HOPE CPR. Mark was born in Austin, TX and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002. Mark has been a firefighter for 16 years and have been a CPR instructor for the last 7 years. HOPEcpr, an organization owned and operated by firefighters and professional first responders since 2012. All of our instructors teach CPR with practical instruction. The goal is for participants be confident when responding to emergency situations. HOPEcpr is a small business with a big heart – a portion of all income goes to the Texas Oncology Foundation to financially assist patients during their treatments.
