Thank you for supporting The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy's Psychiatric Pharmacotherapy UpdateThis CE activity offers 15+ hours of psychiatric-focused continuing education for psychiatric professionals focused on practical applications of neuroscience principles and evidence-based approaches for treating major psychiatric and neurologic disorders. Your support helps us deliver top-level content to a variety of mental health professionals.


 
Exhibitor Information

In-person booth and online listing — $2,500

Each exhibitor registration includes:

  • One six-foot exhibitor table in the hotel pre-function area located just outside the main classroom – limited to seven exclusive exhibitor spots.
  • Continual interaction with 200 in-person attendees on all three days. 
    • Four visits—breakfast, morning break, lunch, and afternoon break — are included on the agenda on each of the three days, plus receptions on Friday night and Saturday night.
  • Special mention/thank you during program announcements.
  • Name recognition on the program website and opening slides.
  • Complimentary listing as a virtual exhibitor with an HTML layout in the conference online system (Learning Management System - LMS).
    • Virtual exhibitor space is conveniently located in the tabs among program content and CE credit evaluations.
    • Exhibitor tabs are titled with the exhibitor’s name and contain a full HTML space that can feature direct links, photos and additional information of the organization’s choice. HTML content can be provided by the exhibitor if preferred.
    • Virtual exhibitor tabs remain active for one year post-conference allowing all 450 event registrants and future on-demand registrants to visit your organization’s information throughout the following year.
  • Two free in-person conference registrations (exclusive to your attending staff members).
 
Sponsorship Information

Sponsorships include displaying your logo/contact at the sponsored event, a listing in the conference online system (Learning Management System - LMS), and special thanks during the announcements. Costs vary depending on the sponsorship type/level. See details below. 

 
Meal Sponsor — $5,000 
Sponsor breakfast and lunch for one day. There are two meal sponsorships available. 
 
Reception Sponsor — $3,000
Sponsor and attend an evening reception. There will be a reception on Thursday night.  
 
Student Chapter of American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists Sponsor — $2,500
Sponsor registration for students in the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists student chapter to attend one day in person. There are two student sponsorships available.
 
Feature Sponsor — $1,000 - $2,000
Sponsor an event feature. This includes but is not limited to a headshot booth, raffles, contests, giveaways, games, student merch sales, co-branded PPS merchandise, etc.
 
Break Sponsor — $1,000 
Sponsor a refreshment break. There are four breaks available for sponsorship over the course of the event. 
 
 
Bonus: Long-lasting display via on-demand program
 
The entire program will be recorded, and the presentation videos will be available on demand throughout the next year. Exhibitor and sponsor information also stays on the program site for continual reach by the participants. Once the program is available fully on-demand, new learners are welcome to register, allowing your organization to reach even more people!

Registration Information
 
  1. Scroll down and select the boxes for the exhibitor or sponsorship type(s) you would like to purchase. 
  2. After making your selection, click the "Register now" button. Set up a new ID or log in to your existing account. 
  3. In the registration questionnaire, enter the contact information for the exhibit or sponsorship's main contact. We will contact that person for logistics.
  4. Payment can be made via credit card or check. If you opt to pay by check, please include the contact and address to which we can send an invoice in the questionnaire.
