Thank you for supporting The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy's Pharmacy Practice Seminar (PPS). This CE activity offers 30+ hours of pharmacy-focused continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who want to learn practical and relevant tools and knowledge that can immediately be applied in practice to positively affect patient care. 

Exhibiting at the 2026 Pharmacy Practice Seminar offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage with 250 in-person attendees and hundreds more online through an exclusive, seven-spot physical layout and a year-long virtual presence in our Learning Management System. By sponsoring or exhibiting, your organization gains high-frequency visibility during key networking breaks and receptions, ensuring your brand remains a central part of the conversation for both live and on-demand learners throughout the year.

This event was previously separated into two programs: the Health Systems Practice Seminar and the Pharmacy Practice Seminar. This year, we have combined the events into one with two tracks: health systems and community. Your support helps us deliver top-level content to both groups of pharmacy professionals.

 

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

In-person booth and online listing — $2,000

Each exhibitor registration includes:

  • Prime Location: One six-foot table in the high-traffic pre-function area outside the main classroom.
  • Continual Interaction: Engage with 250* in-person attendees on all three days.
  • Multiple Connections: Four scheduled visits per day (Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch, Afternoon Break), plus Friday & Saturday night receptions.
  • Special Recognition: Mention in program announcents, name recognition on website and opening slides.
  • Year-Long Virtual Presence: Virtual exhibitor listing in the LMS with HTML space for direct links, photos, and information. Accessible to all 450+ total registrants and future on-demand learners for one year.
  • Complimentary Registration: Two free in-person conference registrations for your staff.
 
SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

Sponsorships include displaying your logo/contact at the sponsored event, a listing in the conference online system (Learning Management System - LMS), and special thanks during the announcements. Costs vary depending on the sponsorship type/level. See details below. 

 
Meal Sponsor — $500 
Sponsor breakfast and lunch for one day. There are three meal sponsorships available. 
 
Saturday Reception Sponsor — $1,000
Sponsor and attend the evening reception held Saturday night at the conclusion of the program.  
 
P4 Student Sponsor — $500
Sponsor registration for UT Austin College of Pharmacy P4 students for one day in person. There are five P4 student sponsorships available.
 
*Note many factors impact attendance such as weather and other factors. The 250 expected audience is based on past year trends and expectations, results may vary. 
 
REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  2. After making your selection, click the "Register now" button. Set up a new ID or log in to your existing account. 
  3. In the registration questionnaire, enter the contact information for the exhibit or sponsorship's main contact. We will contact that person for logistics.
  4. Payment can be made via credit card or check. If you opt to pay by check, please include the contact and address to which we can send an invoice in the questionnaire.
