Welcome to the Continuing Education Site for the Fisch COP 2020 Preceptor Conference
 
The Fisch COP Preceptor Conference took place via live webinar on November 14, 2020.  The live webinar sessions were recorded and are now available as home study sessions.  Please use the instructions below to earn CE credit for the sessions that you complete. 
 
Continuing Education Details

The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  The Fisch College of Pharmacy - 2020 Preceptor Conference is a knowledge-based activity that is approved for a maximum of 7.00 hours of continuing education credit.  Requirements to earn CE credit are outlined below.

IMPORTANT: It is the participant's responsibility after completing a session to check their online CPE Monitor profile to confirm CPE credit has been correctly awarded and contact UT CPE immediately if there are any discrepancies:  UTPharmacyCE@austin.utexas.edu

 
Home Study CE Requirements
 
To earn CE credit for each home study session, participants must first view the recorded presentation and accompanying slide handout from start to finish, complete the brief post-test with no minimum grade required (Exception: Texas Law Update requires test grade > 70%), and complete the online evaluation. Upon completion of each online evaluation, CE credit will automatically be uploaded to CPE Monitor (allow 7 days).

Register / Create Your CE Profile
  • Register using the GREEN Register Now button below (if you have not ever claimed CE credit through this UT Austin College of Pharmacy CE site before, you will also need to create a CE profile before you can register for the conference). 
  • Once you are registered & logged in, save your email & password for easier access in the future.
  • Click on a home study session from the list below to access an activity.
  • If you wish to return to the course later, follow the steps below to log back in. 
Steps to Log Back In 
  • Select Pending/Private Programs in the grey menu bar at the top of the page.
  • Enter your email/password at the prompt.
  • Select the conference title (located under the Online CE Tab). 
  • Whenever you are logged in, your name will appear in the upper right screen in the grey menu bar.

Continuing Education Requirements
 
The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  This knowledge-based home study activity is approved for 0.15 CEUs (1.50 contact hours) of continuing education credit. In order to receive 1.50 contact hours of CE credit, the participant must watch the video in its entirety, complete the online post-test (> 70% within 5 attempts), and complete the online evaluation.
