Claire Latiolais PharmD, MS is a clinical pharmacy specialist on the medication management and informatics team at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She also serves as the regional APPE director for the Galveston/Houston region for The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. She graduated from Purdue University College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2015. Claire completed an ASHP accredited health-system pharmacy administration & leadership residency in The Houston Program at Texas Children’s Hospital. In addition, she earned her Master’s in pharmacy leadership and administration from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She joined the ASHP New Practitioners Forum in 2016 and served as a member, work group lead, chair, and then was appointed to serve on the New Practitioners Forum Executive Committee from 2019-2020. Claire joined the Section of Pharmacy Educators as a member of the Student Education and Learning Experience Work Group in 2021. She served as vice chair in 2023-2024 and chair in 2024-2025. In addition, through her time at the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy, she served as the Student Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists co-advisor. She has also held many leadership roles within the Texas Society of Health Systems Pharmacists, including Education Affairs Council, Annual Seminar Planning Committee chair, Pediatric & Neonatal Conference Task Force chair, and the Alcalde Southwest Leadership Conference chair.
