2023 PPS EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

LIVE IN-PERSON in AUSTIN EXHIBITOR $2,500* • In-person exhibitors can take advantage of interacting with 150+ in-person attendees.

In-Person Exhibiting Includes Six-Foot exhibitor table at the hotel pre-function area just outside the main classroom, and continual interaction with 150 in-person attendees (Sat/Sunday breakfast, breaks, lunch, Saturday evening reception), special thank you during program announcements PLUS listing as a virtual exhibitor space with HTML layout in the LMS system next to program content links and evaluations. Link directly to your website and additional information. Includes one free in-person conference registration.

• Location: DoubleTree by Hilton, 6505 North IH-35, Austin, Texas, 78752
• Limited to 7 Tables – 6-foot tables and two chairs
• Located just outside the classroom area in the hotel pre-function area where all food, snacks and beverages are provided
• 4 Visits on the agenda on Day 1 + network reception
• 4 Visits on the agenda on Day 2
• Space to lock away displays next to the exhibit area is available Wednesday and Thursday overnight

VIRTUAL EXHIBITOR $1,500* - The Health Systems Practice Seminar will be broadcast LIVE via Zoom webinar. All participants register in the same system, in person and for the broadcast.  The registration is similar to this registration where participants can access webinar links, session slides and complete evaluations.  Your virtual exhibitor space can be in one of the tabs below just like the sessions. You can enter your HTML information here and reach all participants.

Virtual Exhibitor Includes Listing as a virtual exhibitor space with HTML layout in the LMS system next to program content links and evaluations. Link directly to your website and additional information. Includes one free virtual conference registration.

• Exhibitor tabs place among session information tabs – limited to 10 exhibitor tabs
• Tabs are where attendees find session content and complete evaluations
• Exhibitor tabs feature name on the title.  Upon opening the tab, there is a full HTML space to provide company information including links, photos, and other information.
• Exhibitor must provide HTML content if desired

• Virtual exhibitor tabs remain for up to one year as live sessions will be recorded and remain available for registrants and new registrants throughout the following year.

ON-DEMAND VIDEO (starts one month after the live program) - The entire program will be recorded and available via on-demand videos throughout the next year.  Exhibitor information remains on the program for continual reach.  Once on-demand, new learners are welcome, expanding your reach beyond October!
