About PPS
The Pharmacy Practice Seminar (PPS) provides clinical updates and pharmacy practice information to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians interested in recent changes in practice. Top speakers present on various CPE topics, including Texas State Board of Pharmacy requirements, and attendees learn critical patient care information while engaging with one another. This event will be held the evening of Friday, Sept. 22 through Sunday, Sept. 24.
About Group Registrations
A group registration is a registration for your whole pharmacy staff. The team will pay a bulk rate determined by the size of the group to get a corresponding amount of free access codes.
 
For example, rather than pay the individual registration price, a team of two pharmacists and all their pharmacy technicians could register their team for a discounted rate of $600 total.
 
Team members can then choose to attend the conference in person or opt for the online broadcast. All registrations allow access to recorded content on demand after the conference. 
Attendance Options
PPS offers in-person attendance in Austin, Texas, and a live broadcast of all the sessions for the weekend. All the sessions are recorded and become available for on-demand viewing online a few weeks after the conference.

  Register your team for the 2023 Pharmacy Practice Seminar
  • To begin the process, click the green "Register Now" button below. You will be directed to sign in. 
    • (Note: If you have never claimed CE credit through this UT Austin College of Pharmacy CE site before, you will also be prompted to create a CE profile before you can register for this program). Be sure to save your email and password for future logins. 
  • Once you are logged in, follow the registration page and fill in all fields as necessary. Be sure to indicate the size of your team under the dropdown menu starting with "I am" to get the correct number of access codes.
  • When your registration is submitted, our team will contact you with your organization's free access code. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to send this code. 
  • Distribute the access codes to your team and have them register for the event on the main PPS page.

Terms and Conditions: Group registrations are for the whole pharmacy team at one more combined pharmacy/locations, not selected parts of a team. Pricing is set based on the number of pharmacists at the location — pharmacy technicians are added for free (up to 3 per pharmacist), but technicians are not eligible to attend in person. Pharmacy technicians included for free may only attend via the live broadcast and on-demand video sessions. If a pharmacy technician wishes to attend in-person, they are then considered part of the pharmacy count. PRNs and any other configuration of pharmacists on the team are considered one full pharmacist in the rate. Sales are final, there are no refunds if one or more pharmacists decide not to register. A coupon code will be sent to the contact included here within two business days from registration.
