Richard D. Grant, Jr., Ph.D., is a consulting psychologist from Austin, Texas; he has presented executive education programs for business schools at several universities, as well as for the Texas Governor's Center for Executive Development and the Texas Association of Counties. His private clients have included IBM, 3-M, Gartner Group, Perot Systems, Applied Materials, SEMATECH, and hospitals. Dr. Grant earned his Ph.D. in 1973 at the University of Texas at Austin. He has taught at Auburn University, Texas A&M University, and McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.
