IN-PERSON EXHIBITOR $2500 • In-person exhibitors can take advantage of interacting with 150+ In-person attendees.

Each in-person exhibitor registration includes

• One six-foot exhibitor table in the hotel pre-function area located just outside the main classroom – limited to seven exclusive exhibitor spots.
• Continual interaction with 150 in-person attendees (Saturday and Sunday breakfasts, breaks, lunch and Friday and Saturday receptions).
  • The PPS Welcome Reception & Alumni Happy Hour is included on the agenda for Friday.
  • Four visits are included on the agenda for Day 1, plus a network reception.
  • Four visits are included on the agenda for Day 2.
• Special mention/thank you during program announcements.
• Name and brand recognition on the program website and opening slides.
• Secure space to lock away displays next to the exhibit area is available on Friday and Saturday.
• Complimentary listing as a virtual exhibitor with an HTML layout in the LMS system.
  • Virtual exhibitor space with a link to your site and additional information is conveniently located in the tabs among program content and CE credit evaluations.
  • Virtual exhibitor tabs remain active for one year post-conference, allowing all 450 event registrants to visit your organization’s information throughout the year.
• Two free in-person conference registrations (exclusive to the attending staff members).

Each virtual exhibitor registration includes

• Listing as a virtual exhibitor in the LMS system visible to 150 in-person and 300+ online registrants.
  • Virtual exhibitor space is conveniently located in the tabs among program content and CE credit evaluations.
  • Exhibitor tabs are titled with the exhibitor’s name and contain a full HTML space that can feature direct links, photos and additional information of the organization’s choice. HTML content can be provided by the exhibitor if preferred.
  • Virtual exhibitor tabs remain active for one year post-conference allowing all 450 event registrants and future on-demand registrants to visit your organization’s information throughout the following year.
  • Spaces are limited to 10 exhibitors.
• Name and brand recognition on the program website, announcements and opening slides.
• One free virtual conference registration.
• Virtual exhibitor tabs remain for up to one year as live sessions will be recorded and available for registrants and new registrants throughout the following year.

The entire program will be recorded and the presentation videos will be available on-demand throughout the next year. Exhibitor information also stays on the program site for continual reach by the participants. Once the program is available fully on-demand, new learners are welcome, allowing your company to reach even more people!
