Thank you for supporting The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy's Psychiatric Pharmacotherapy Update. This CE activity offers 15+ hours of psychiatric-focused continuing education for psychiatric professionals focused on practical applications of neuroscience principles and evidence-based approaches for treating major psychiatric and neurologic disorders. Your support helps us deliver top-level content to a variety of mental health professionals.

Two Ways to Exhibit

IN-PERSON EXHIBITOR $2500 • In-person exhibitors can take advantage of interacting with 150+ In-person attendees.

Each in-person exhibitor registration includes

One six-foot exhibitor table in the hotel pre-function area located just outside the main classroom – limited to seven exclusive exhibitor spots.
Continual interaction with 150 in-person attendees (Friday and Saturday breakfasts, breaks, lunch and Friday reception).
- Four visits are included in the agenda on Day 1, plus a network reception.
- Four visits are included in the agenda on Day 2.
Special mention/thank you during program announcements.
Name and brand recognition on the program website and opening slides.
Secure space to lock away displays next to the exhibit area is available Wednesday and Thursday.
Complimentary listing as a virtual exhibitor with an HTML layout in the LMS system.
- Virtual exhibitor space with a link to your site and additional information is conveniently located in the tabs among program content and CE credit evaluations.
- Virtual exhibitor tabs remain active for one year post-conference, allowing all 450 event registrants to visit your organization’s information throughout the year.
Two free in-person conference registrations (exclusive to the attending staff members).

VIRTUAL EXHIBITOR $1500 • Virtual exhibitors are listed in the Learning Management System for all registrants to see

Each virtual exhibitor registration includes

Listing as a virtual exhibitor in the LMS system visible to 150 in-person and 300+ online registrants.
- Virtual exhibitor space is conveniently located in the tabs among program content and CE credit evaluations.
- Exhibitor tabs are titled with the exhibitor’s name and contain a full HTML space that can feature direct links, photos and additional information of the organization’s choice. HTML content can be provided by the exhibitor if preferred.
- Virtual exhibitor tabs remain active for one year post-conference allowing all 450 event registrants and future on-demand registrants to visit your organization’s information throughout the following year.
- Spaces are limited to 10 exhibitors.
Name and brand recognition on the program website, announcements and opening slides.
One free virtual conference registration.
Virtual exhibitor tabs remain for up to one year as live sessions will be recorded and available for registrants and new registrants throughout the following year.

ON-DEMAND VIDEO • Becomes available one month after the live program and remains for two years

The entire program will be recorded and the presentation videos will be available on-demand throughout the next year. Exhibitor information also stays on the program site for continual reach by the participants. Once the program is available fully on-demand, new learners are welcome, allowing your company to reach even more people!

Notice of Independence from Commercial Interest

The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy adheres to strict guidelines in relation to commercial independence for all Continuing Pharmacy Education programs and events. Exhibitors must comply with ACPE standards on commercial support.

At no time may an exhibitor have any role in the development of the program content or sell or promote any products outside the designated exhibit space or inside the educational space. Exhibitor areas are always set separate from the educational space. Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing any promotional or product materials inside the educational space (room). Exhibitors are prohibited from participating in program planning, content decisions, content development, and content evaluations.

Disclosure of exhibitor/sponsor financial support will be made to learners on the website and before the seminar begins, and company/corporate logos will not be included in such disclosures.

Exhibitor Notice from Texas Department of State Health Services – CE Provider

As an accredited CME, NCPD, and CHES provider, the Texas Department of State Health Services, CE Service follows the commercial support standards established by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

In accordance with these standards, the Texas Department of State Health Services, CE Service has adopted the following policies for exhibits held in conjunction with its events:

Arrangements for exhibits may neither influence planning nor interfere with the presentation of the event.
Exhibits cannot be a condition of the provision of commercial support for continuing education events.
Commercial/promotional materials may not be displayed or distributed in the presentation room immediately before, during, or immediately after the continuing education event.
Representatives of commercial supporters and exhibitors may attend the continuing education event if they wish but may not engage in sales event in the room where the event is held.

In order to meet requirements of the standards and to maximize benefits to you as an exhibitor, we have made the following arrangements for exhibitors at our conference:

Exhibits will be placed in (room/area of hotel, etc.) which is (next door, adjacent to, etc.) the event. Exhibits may be displayed between the hours of (time).
To encourage participants to visit the exhibits, refreshment breaks will be placed in the exhibit area and all exhibitors will be listed in the conference brochure and/or final syllabus.
